Those were the times...
wen i was engulfed by illusions
Lamenting, as i should have being..
was happy with temporary solutions!

but, then real happiness
made itself a way..
                                             from those dense clouds .
                                                .........arose a ray!

The RAy.........................
 a glimpse of whose i'd seen before
in those illuminating lights
my heart use to galore!

Trusting my instincts ..
i set myself free
from the shackles of a life
which revolved around me!

As is it for now...
nothing was in my hands back then..
just had an unfathomable desire
to com out of that ghastly pain!

The pain which had many questions
Answers of whose ended on me
and perhaps this ray ignited the fire
which was desiring always within me!!

But the desires were cut short
by the chains of my past
every time i use to leap
i was left aghast!

Nevertheless,

Real happiness
made itself a way...
                                                     from those dense 
                                                     clouds arose a ray!

Again came the clouds
for a brief moment though
but this time ,thundered the torrents
which i never use to know!

That lighting of shock...
was like a huge bolt of pain
but it made me happy
i had trusted my instincts, back then!

that shock of pain..
often ripples through my soul,
comes at those lonely moments
and surely takes its toll



If not for that Effulgence
the damage could have being worse
the trauma could have being so deep
one which i couldn't be able to nurse

but,

Real happiness
made itself a way...
                                                     from those dense 
                                                     clouds arose a ray!


now that i'm completely soaked in the RAy
and drenched fully in its light
i ThanK it from the bottom of my heart
for making the whole journey so bright!

This crossroad of life..
where i stand now,
had a memorable story
seems well-planned somehow!

I'll continue to play my part
in HIS scheme of things,
the story is already written
and you n me are just attached to HIS strings!

all I need to do...
is need nt stray
                                      just need  to comprehend
                                     to the message HE wants to convey...
cos..real happiness
will make itself a way
                                       from every dense cloud..
                                     ....will arise a ray!
